By accessing or using Dryly's website and subscription service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Dryly is a subscription-based delivery service for incontinence products. When you subscribe:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@getdryly.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months, but you will receive any products already paid for.
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened packages. If you received the wrong size or a damaged product, contact us within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement at no charge.
Dryly products are consumer goods designed for personal hygiene. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have health concerns related to incontinence, please consult a healthcare professional.
Dryly's liability is limited to the amount you paid for products in the current billing cycle. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
