When you subscribe to Dryly, we collect:

- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card number)
Health Information
When you complete our optional health intake questionnaire during checkout, we may collect:
- Type of incontinence (stress, urge, overflow, mixed, or unknown)
- Severity level (light, moderate, or heavy)
- Approximate daily product usage
- Age range
- Gender identity
- Whether you are currently taking bladder-related medications
- Dietary restrictions (free-text, optional)
The health intake questionnaire is entirely optional. Every question has a skip option. You can complete your purchase without answering any health questions.
How we use health information:

- To send relevant health and wellness content (only if you opt in)

Discreet by Design
Discretion is central to everything we do. Your shipping label shows "Dryly" as the sender — nothing more. No product descriptions appear on the outside of any package. Your bank statement will show "Dryly" as the charge description.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect your data in transit. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification.
