Product Guide
Not all incontinence products are the same. Here's a straightforward breakdown of what's available and how to choose.
Product Types
The three main categories of incontinence products, and who they're best for.
Pads & Liners
The thinnest and most discreet option. Worn inside your regular underwear. Available in a range of absorbency levels from light to heavy.
Protective Underwear
Also called pull-ups. Worn like regular underwear and offer all-around protection. Easy to pull up and down, making them practical for active lifestyles.
Briefs (Tab-Style)
Fasten with adhesive tabs on the sides for a secure, adjustable fit. Offer the highest absorbency levels and are ideal for overnight use or limited mobility.
Absorbency Levels
What the labels actually mean -- in plain language.
Light
8-15 oz capacity. For occasional leaks during sneezing, coughing, or laughing. Thinnest option available.
Moderate
15-25 oz capacity. The most popular choice. Handles regular daily leaks without feeling bulky. Start here if you're unsure.
Heavy / Overnight
25-40+ oz capacity. Designed for extended wear and significant needs. Overnight products are shaped for lying-down positions.
Not sure where to start?
Start with moderate absorbency. It's the best middle ground for most people. Fit matters as much as absorbency -- a well-fitting moderate product often outperforms a poorly-fitting heavy one.
